Is there parking available?
Yes! We have good on-site parking available at both venues. Check our location page for directions and details.
Can I pay as you go, or do I need a membership?
We offer both options! You can either pay per class or choose one of our membership plans to save money.. Check out our membership plans for more details.
What class would be suitable for a beginner?
All our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all fitness levels. If you’re new to exercise just let our friendly instructors know, and they’ll support you every step of the way!
Can I pay cash?
At the moment yes we do accept cash for classes booked via our booking system. However please be aware if you incur 3 no shows you will be requested to make payment online.
What time do your classes run?
We run a variety of classes throughout the week, including morning, evening, and weekend sessions. You can check our timetable for the full schedule.
Can I visit before I sign up?
Of course! We’d love for you to come and see what SOH Fit is all about. Please note we only open when classes are running, you are welcome 10 mins either side of any class just let us know prior.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself and a bottle of water; glowsticks if you're clubbing. If you’re attending a strength-based or boxing class, we’ll provide any equipment you need.
